Our Mission
Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders Through Innovative Holistic Education
Mission Statement: B.E. Academy for Girls empowers young women through a rigorous, culturally responsive STEAM curriculum that centers identity, cultivates leadership and critical thinking, and integrates real-world experiences to prepare them for college, career, and life.

Our Approach
Project-Based Learning: Instead of just reading about science or math, our students solve real problems. They might design solutions for their community, create apps, or work with local businesses on actual challenges.
Small Classes, Big Impact: With small class sizes, every student gets personal attention. Our teachers know each girl's strengths, interests, and dreams.
Culturally Responsive Education: We celebrate who our students are. Our curriculum includes diverse voices and perspectives, helping students see themselves as leaders and innovators.
Whole-Child Development: We don't just focus on grades. We help students develop emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and the confidence to take on any challenge.
Vision
We are not just a school—we are a launchpad. Founded in 2022 in South Nashville as the first all-girls, STEAM-focused micro-school in the region, B.E. Academy equips girls from grades 5–12 with the tools to thrive in college, career, entrepreneurship, and life.
Our curriculum integrates real-world experiences, affirming identity while nurturing critical thinking and creative innovation.
At B.E. Academy, our values—Excellence, Sisterhood, Identity, Innovation, and Responsibility—are woven into everything we do. We believe every girl deserves to be seen, heard, and prepared to lead.

B.E. Academy envisions being recognized as a transformative educational model that demonstrates conclusively that girls from all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds can excel in STEAM when provided with culturally responsive, girl-centered education.
The school aims to create a "powerful ripple effect" where graduates become leaders who transform their communities through ethical leadership, critical thinking, and purpose-driven innovation.
